                        HELP ON CONFERENCE (CHAT) MODE

You are in conferencing (chat) mode. While you are here, you may do any of
the following:

1) Chat with other users who are currently in conference with you.

2) Send a message to someone else on the system, even if they are not
    in any conference with you.

3) Enable or disable your "ignore" setting(s) so that you can choose not
to receive messages from some or all other lines if you want privacy.

4) Find out who is logged onto the system, and on what line(s).

5) Enter private, one-on-one conference with another line.

6) Enter any of the 40 channels available on the CB simulator.

7) Change the name (handle) you wish to be identified by while in
    conference.

NOTE: Any one or more of these functions may not be available to you in this
section.

                                  TO CHAT...

To chat with other users in conference with you, simply type what you want to
say (maximum of 254 characters) and press your Enter or Return key. Your
message will be sent to all other users in this conference.

                        TO PERFORM A SPECIAL COMMAND...

There are also a number of special commands available. Commands are preceeded
by a slash (/) character. Each command has a "full name" but you may use just
the first letter of the name if you wish. Commands themselves are NOT case
sensitive, meaning that upper and lower case are the same.

PLEASE NOTE: ANYTHING YOU TYPE WHICH IS NOT PREFACED WITH A FORWARD SLASH
CHARACTER (/) WILL BE DISPLAYED TO ALL OTHER USERS IN CONFERENCE WITH YOU!
For this reason, TYPE CAREFULLY!

The available special commands are:

/S[END],n MESSAGE Page (Send a Message) to Another User

Allows you to send a short message to the user on line "n". The user on that
line will receive your message, prefaced by your line number and user name.
If the user on the other line is in an upload or download, then you will get a
message saying "try again later". You will also receive a message if the user
on that line has enabled their ignore setting.

NOTE: This command may be disabled at the option of the System Operator.

     Examples:

/S,7 Hello Jerry! Come chat in CB channel 27!

          /send,12 Greetings Kelly...

/I[GNORE][,n] ON or
/I[GNORE][,n] OFF Enable/Disable Ignore Setting(s)

Allows you to selectively enable or disable the ignore setting, either
globally or on a line-by-line basis for the user on line "n". When you enable
ignore, any attempts to send you a message (with the /S command, described
previously) will not be received by you, and the sending user will receive a
message.

     Examples of global ignore:

          /I ON

          /ignore off

     Examples of line-by-line ignore:

          /i,7 ON

          /IGNORE,3 off

/P[RIVATE],n Begin Private One-on-One Conferencing

Allows you to initiate private, one-on-one chat with the user on line "n".
The user on that line must issue an equivalent command for your line. For
example, if you issue the command /P,5 to initiate private conference, they
must issue the command /P,%LINE% (you are logged onto line %LINE%) in order
for private conferencing to begin. Once private conferencing is established,
only you and the user on the other line will be able to see what's being typed
- no other users can.

NOTE: This command may be disabled at the option of the System Operator.

     Example:

          /p,19

          /Private,48

/C[HANNEL] n Enter CB Simulator or Change CB Channels

Allows you to enter the CB simulator on channel "n", or change from the
current channel to channel "n". Like a CB radio, the CB simulator has 40
channels, numbered from 1 to 40. To exit the CB simulator, issue a /Q command
(as described below).

NOTE: This command may be disabled at the option of the System Operator.

Examples:

        /CHANNEL 38

        /C 7

/W[HO][,S] List Who is Logged On

When used without the optional ,S parameter, shows a list of the users who
are in conference with you. This list includes the user name, and may
include the caller's location depending on how the system has been
configured. When used with the ,S parameter, this command shows a list of
who is logged onto the system currently (whether they are in conference or
not) and shows what activity they are performing on the system. NOTE: The
who command without the ,S parameter shows a system-wide caller list if
nobody else is in conference with you at the current time.

Examples:

        /W

        /who

        /W,S

/N[AME] Change Name (Handle) for Conferencing

Allows you to change the name you will be identified by while in
conference, if alternate names (handles) are allowed in this conference.

Examples:

        /N

/Q[UIT] Quits Conference, Private and/or CB Mode

If you are not currently in private conference or CB, this command exits the
conference mode. If you are in private conference, this command exits
private conference and returns you to public conference. If you are in the CB
simulator, this command exits CB and returns you to public conference.
